The colorant is produced in the form of liquid which is an emulsion for textile industry.

Product Description:
Coating colorant for textile products contains Binder and Colors resulted from development of colorant dispersion.

General Applications:
Ryudye-W is applicable for textile printing of materials like cotton cloth, TC, TR, Polyester and others.

Types:
• Ryudye-W Color
The colorant in general is an organic colorant, except carbon or titanium dioxide. Separation substance: the active coating substance is non-ionic or anionic. The additive substance is moisturizer, anti-bacteria, and protective colloid

• Ryudye-W Binder
Improving cloth colorant substance. Consisting of copolymer type acrylic ester. Of self cross-linking.

• Ryudye-W Reducer, Thickener
Reducer is oil in the water (b/w), an emulsion type composed of Reducer Conc or Emulsifier, water, and mineral materials. Besides, Full Synthetic Thickener is a polyacid of high M.W. which can be unified with water during while being neutralized. Half of Emulsion; can be mixed with Reducer and Synthetic Thickener paste.

• Ryudye-W Fixer (cross-linking substance)
Used together with Binder. Highlighting adhesive energy inside and between mollecule and fiber. Free-formaldehyde is also available.
